Purchase Terms and Conditions
Home Series Poker, LLC strives to provide 100% customer satisfaction with our products and our service. If for some reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible. If you need to return your Home Series Poker purchase, you may do so within seven (7) days after receipt. The product may be only be returned for replacement or refund. All returned merchandise must be in the original shrink-wrapped packaging in an unopened condition. If the item is defective or has shipping damage, HSP will accept the return of the product as is. Defective or damaged items must be verified by HSP before a replacement or refund is issued. An item is deemed “defective” only if one of the following conditions is met:
- The item does not function as described due to some kind of visible physical defect.
- The item does not function as described due to another issue resulting from a defective product. Note: this does not include product limitations, performance issues on unsupported devices, or damage caused by customer’s equipment. Please research the details of the product and ask any questions before purchasing!
Please note that original shipping charges will be refunded only in the case of defective or damaged items. We request that you report defective, damaged, or incorrect products immediately. Also, note that it is the customer’s responsibility to properly package the merchandise and pay for the return shipping charges. Should the product be defective or damaged, a new item will be shipped at no additional cost upon the receipt of the original item. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all non-damaged or non-defective items. Please follow these easy steps to return your merchandise.
- Obtain a RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization #) from us. To request a RMA #, please send an e-mail to RMA@homeseriespoker.com with your original order or confirmation number and reason for return. You should receive a response in 24-48 hours. If the request is within the allotted time frame, a RMA # will accompany the response. If we are unable to issue a RMA #, then the reason(s) will be listed.
- Upon receipt of RMA # the customer must pack and return merchandise in an acceptable shipping box (therefore assuring no damage to manufacturer’s product packaging) with the RMA # clearly written on the outside of the box. HSP is not responsible for lost or poorly packaged items during return shipping.
Exchanges, replacements, or refunds will only be issued after the merchandise has been received by Home Series Poker. Home Series Poker reserves the right to deny any return.
