FAQ's

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes, we can make international shipping arrangements, but please contact us first with your address to allow us to send you a shipping quote. Do not use the standard "buy now" option if you are outside of the U.S., as your order will not be processed.

Q: I ordered my DVD, but I've not heard anything from you. Did my order go through?

A: Home Series Poker always sends out order and shipping status updates, usually within minutes or hours of your order. Some correspondence with customers has been blocked in the past by their email spam filters. Please make sure your spam filter is set to allow email from homeseriespoker.com, and check your spam box periodically for emails from us. This is really the only way we can effectively communicate with you about your order.

Q: I ordered my DVD a while ago, but it still hasn't arrived. Is there a problem?

A: Please check your email spam filters for email from homeseriespoker.com. Sometimes, when customers place their orders, certain addresses are entered incorrectly or they do not comply with USPS standards for proper address format. In this case, PayPal will not allow us to ship the item until the address has been verified. This protects both the customer and HSP. Please make sure your address is correct when entering orders. HSP will always send out notification emails about these problems, so please check for emails that may be stuck in your spam filter.

Q: I recently purchased the DVD Blind Timer, but am having trouble playing it back on my DVD player. Is there something wrong with the disc?

A: Probably not. We have taken great measures to ensure that our DVD's are authored and encoded with the greatest compatibility while still offering unparalleled features. Please try playing the disc on a different set-top DVD player before requesting a return. Some older players just have difficulty with certain DVD's. In the extremely rare case that the disc is indeed defective, please refer to our Terms and Conditions.

Q: Is there a Blu-ray version coming out soon for HD?

A: We have no plans at this time to offer a blu-ray version. However, as we receive more feedback requests from customers about this we will consider this as an option.
